Apologies.

It petrifies me that I sometimes disappoint people just as they disappoint me.
The thought that I could hurt someone the way I've been hurt,
The fact that someone thinks of me and feels painful tinges of sadness;
The same way I think of people and break all over, shatters me.
I know disappointment is a natural process of life and that no one is perfect,
But to have someone look at you like you're perfect despite all your uglyness;
And you disappoint them,
That's not normal.
It doesn't feel normal.
If you've ever wondered why I apologise so much,
Now you know.
