Dohnavur is situated in Tamil Nadu, thirty miles from India's southern tip. The name derives from Count Dohna, who initially funded German missionaries at the site in the early 19th century, that days remember on may 23.

Yearly by year the day of our church consecration was selebrated in Oct 6 we are united to preparing a food for our sourrounding people. Sharing the food and also Love😍

Lights give the excitement, when the decoration was started count the days of Christmas it's not only a celebration renaissance of our soul remembrance of child Jesus......🤩

It is said that the Christmas crib dates back to St. Francis of Assisi. It was in 1223 that the first Christmas Crib was put up in the woods of Greccio near Assisi. There is an inspiring story of the making of the first Christmas crib.
