This is the result of teeth that are not scaling properly
besides the teeth must be scalled regularly every 6 months or once a year, but scalling thoroughly should be done calculus ginggiva and sub ginggiva must be clean. If the calculus ginggiva not in scalling, then the teeth will be like in the picture above
