Dracula's Castle

Yesterday I was talking about the Rasnov's Fortress. Next to Rasnov is the famous Bran Castle, known as Dracula's Castle. It is a beautiful castle with a lot of history. The construction started in the year 1377 till 1388. During the years the castle gets expanded, gets an extra tower and other extensions. In that time the Romanian Country's rulers were fighting the most with the Ottoman Empire. One of the famous rulers fighting the Ottoman Empire is Mircea The Oldest who lived also in the Bran Castle, but the name Dracula doesn't come from him comes from Vlad Tepes.

Vlad Tepes, the son of Vlad Dracula is known as a very strict ruler. Under his rule, Romanian Country has temporarily obtained its independence from the Ottoman Empire. Vlad Ţepeş became famous for his extreme severity and because he used to shoot his enemies in the pin. Because of the conflicts with the merchants of Brasov, they characterized it propagandist as a prince with methods of demonic cruelty. For this reason, he becomes a fictive character Dracula.
