Lasianthera africana leaf

Hello guys ....
Thanks to people who has been visiting my blog. There is this soup i always love so much though i dont know how to prepare it, the soup was always prepare by my grandmom(late) the soup is called Lasianthera africana in our language (Editan).

Today when i was in the market i came across this leaf (Lasianthera africana) and i remembered the soup, although i was told by my grandmom that the leaf is very useful, so i made a research about the leaf and that's what i want to share with you Guys. First what is "Lasianthera africana" scientifically known is commonly used to preparation soup and for the management of some human ailments. This leaf is rich source of alkaloid and phenolic compounds, which could be used to treat and or manage neurological diseases.
This research, therefore unravels the fact that Lasianthera africana possesses therapeutic potentials toward the management of neurological disorders. This leaf can lowers High Blood Sugar if prepared very well, this soup has been one of my special diligences. When preparing it some people choose to wash it until till the make sure they wash out the bitter out which is very wrong, that sharp bitterness is very good which is one of the thing that can lowers High blood sugar. Thats it guys i know some people out there knowns other great benefits about this leaf, but to me this is the little is know about the leaf.
