Eggplant tasty
Ingredients :
- 1 bunch of eggplant
- 1 egg egg
- 2 pete boards
Ground spices:
- 5 red onion
- garlic 4 cloves
- cayenne pepper and large red chili according to taste
- dry ebi 1 handheld
HOW TO COOK:
- thinly sliced aubergine slices, fried half mateng
- saute the spices until smooth mateng
- add eggs, scramble for a while
- enter the banana
- add gulgamer
- Enter the fried eggplant
- Cook briefly and ready to serve
