Random Nothingness pt. 2

6 Months ago everything was cool.

I was learning a lot of various things, getting ready to visit my family that I hadn't seen in a while. Then all of a sudden the power to our place goes out... The next morning I go to turn on my macbook and it comes on, then I realize I should charge it since its dying.

No response.

I finally figure out my macbook wont charge. We had a power surge when the power went out. I look to see if my phone is working as well and it's not. This was the start of a bunch of things going down hill for me.
