나의 잘못(거짓말)으로 누군가의 더 큰 잘못(살인행위)을 막을 수 있다면,
저는 살인자에게 거짓말을 해도 무관하다고 생각합니다.
물론, 거짓말과 살인에 대한 잘못의 크기가 누구나 생각해도 동일하다면 말이지요(거짓말 < 살인).
그렇다면 첫번째 거짓말도 저는 허용해야 한다고 생각합니다.
그렇지만, 정언명령, 즉 보편적 법칙을 적용해야 한다면 첫번째 발언은 하지말아야 할 거짓인 것이구요.
정의란 무엇인가.. 정말 오래전에 읽었는데.. 다시금 생각할 수 있는 주제를 던져주시니 좋습니다.
