Strawberry Drink

Ingredients

nine ripe strawberries, rinsedt
two tablespoons white sugar
quarter cup whole milk
one cup low-fat yogurt
three ice cubes

Instructions:

Cut three strawberries into small pieces and set aside. In a blender, place the remaining strawberries and sugar; blenthirty seconds. Add the yogurt and blend on high speed for oe minute. To serve, place one ice cube in each of three glasses and pour in the lassi. Top with the strawberry pieces and serve.
