Terong
Tepung serbaguna
Tepung panir
Minyak untuk menggoreng
Cara membuat:
Cuci bersih terong, potong serong
Buat adonan pencelup (tepung serbaguna+air) buat agak kental ya
Celupkan terong pada adonan, gulingkan pd tepung panir
Diamkan sebentar, goreng
Tiriskan, sajikan dgn sambal / saos
