I do know about those depressive, unmotivated weekends. Cleaning up and throwing stuff away or selling it on ebay also makes my mind free again just like you say. I agree to the theory that there is a connection between the physical and psychological part.

And good idea to sell your stuff on ebay, I have not tried it yet...
