Best body ever...
This is my best body ever.
This body gave life.
This body smiles from the inside out.
This body is strong and can do anything I request.
This body is happy and fuelled with all foods.
This body is deeply connected to my heart, mind and soul which was so effortlessly captured in this picture.
This is one of my favourite pictures from my recent shoot in Vegas. While I don't look as toned and buff, my belly is relaxed, this is me. I'm real. Happy, smiling, glowing in my own skin and that result took more effort than all my training put together. That's why regardless of how I look to you in this picture, it's my best body ever.

I wish everyone took normal pictures like this. We are all real. Sometimes we look like shit, and sometimes we look great, just like everyone else. You look great and props to you for this post! Great post, keep it up @muscleroast.com
Thank you!! That’s exactly what I’d love to convey especially to women and those that are mama’s. Our bodies change and it’s about our mindset, self care and feeling strong. That’s when our confidence can soar!
