Rental system is broken

I am playing this game for almost 2 weeks but i can see that rental system is broken.

Delays, cancelations, people find overnight that they were downgraded from S3 to B1 and lost the daily chests and etc.

I really think that players who cancel rentals need some kind of "punishment".
As example:

Block the rental of that card for 24h/48h.
Send back the DEC to player who rented the card so the owner will lose the deal.
Or some kind of agreement at the start to "lock" the deal.

I am ok with the fact the prices are increased in the end of the Season and it`s totally normal. But a lot of people ruin the fun/satisfaction of players by canceling the cards.

I really think this issue should be raised somewhere legit, where the official Team/Devs will see it.
