Hello, foodies. It's great to be back here with another recipe I made for dinner yesterday. I thought about making pasta for dinner. Since i had some tins of corned beef, I decided to make corned beef sauce with spaghetti.

I used the following ingredients

● 1 pack of spaghetti
● 1 onion bulb
● 3 sachet of tomato paste
● A handful of scotch bonnet pepper
● 3 cooking spoon of groundnut oil
● 2 cans of corned beef
● All purpose seasoning powder
● Garlic and ginger powder
● 1 teaspoon of thyme

Preparation

Set a pot of water on fire for the spaghetti, when it boils put in the spaghetti and add some salt to taste

Peel, wash and chop the onion. Crush the scotch bonnet pepper

When the spaghetti boils and is cooked, strain out the excess water and set aside.

Put a pan on fire and add the vegetable oil

Add some thyme and the chopped onions then put in the tomato paste and crushed pepper and saute for two minutes.

I added some left over meat stock to loosen the sauce, you can use water too. Add some curry, garlic, ginger and other seasoning powder

Add the corned beef and stir it into the tomato and pepper sauce. Cook for some minutes adjust the taste and your corned beef sauce is ready to be served. I served mine with the spaghetti and plantain. Everyone enjoyed it and i'm sure you would too when you try it
