3 AM Insomnia
It's 3 AM and I'm up again.
Yay!
The cats don't seem to care about my need for sleep. And to make matters worse, I actually need to get up early for a meeting and then an appointment right after.
I asked Google why I keep waking up at 3 AM it told me some strange things.
It said that I'm having a spiritual awakening.
Yay!
3 AM is apparently when the spiritual world and the physical world are thin so my guardian angel is trying to get my attention.
Another reason could be that I'm coming back from astral projection lol. I remember in college some guy told me that he visited me in my sleep while he astral projected.
Creepy.
Anyhoo, I'll be headed back to bed now to continue my astral projection adventures.

Actually 3:00 a.m. is great time to contemplate the entire world.
And it's also a great time to have peace and quiet because the majority of people are sleeping.
Hahaha... In Africa, the first crow of the rooster is by 3am. Back then, my grandma would start her meditation of the day by this time( the time to communicate with The Mighty Olise in heaven, to worship Him and to table her needs before Him) and the precision with which she would tell the time was eerie. When it's 3am, my meditation starts( this I learnt from her).
