Wednesday Walk - Activities and School Program

Hello Hivers! I'm back again after 15 days of my absence. Too much school works and activities that I should focus. I am maintaining my grade to avoid the yearly tuition fee of the semester. This is the big chance to attain my goals in life. How grateful I was when I passed the scholarship examination from this school so I am trying my best to maintain. There's no other option reaching my goal. This opportunity I grabbed. That is why I am here writing for my allowance. Imagine, I need to rent a room to keep near to my school but I chose daily travel from home to the city for two hours everyday. Renting a boarding house is so expensive and we need to have a better food with the boardmate. Whereas, when I am at home, I eat breakfast and eat lunch only in the city. Sometimes, I have a lunch pack to avoid buying to save.

I am getting older and grew like a better woman knew how to budget the tiny allowance given to me. My father is sick and have another student to his latest family. My mother has no work taking care my half brother. It's myself with the help of Aunties and Uncle tackling this hardship in my schooling. That is why, I need to study hard to maintain my grade.

Here's my group photography after our program and school activities. We were just like a kids. We are all having a good relationship since most of us belong to a poor family. There is no bullying from richer students because we flock the same feather together.

Everytime we talked with my close friends, they feel pity to me about my family status. That's why some of them supported me. Moral support from my classmate adds inspiration to me.

With their support and love, I told myself to be happy even though I have no complete family. I miss my sister who is still studying in Cebu where I graduated last year. She is with my Uncle. I also miss my grandparents who were in heaven. Their unconditional loved to me raised me so good. But they died before I got in college. My grandfather who died last 2022 was the most painfull experienced I had been through my life. They were taking care of me and my sister when we were a baby at 1 and two years old while my mom worked abroad.
