Blue Skies

I had the opportunity to see this beauty on our way to the Manila International Book Fair two weeks ago. I captured it using my ASUS. At first, I did not get a good shot because my phone camera was directed to the car's dashboard. Too much excitement, I guess. But I was quick enough to change its direction before I miss the fantastic view above me. The skies are so blue and the clouds are as puffy as cotton candy. I love it when God suddenly surprises us with His awesome creation. The traffic may be a bit heavy down where I am at, but, man oh man the skies looked amazing up there! I knew I just had to take a pause and reflect on its beauty. Life sometimes is as heavy, difficult and unpredictable as the traffic that we face on the road every day, but if we keep looking straight down, we will miss the beauty that lies behind the daily grind. We can only find it by looking up and praying to God, so we will be able to find hope no matter what situation is.
