Will my reputation on Steemit increase?

Greetings everyone! A few days ago someone flagged a post where I posted an original picture and I lost all my hard earned reputation and it got down to 8. I am not able to post any pictures because of that! If anyone of you out here and guide me on how to increase my reputation, that'd be a great help!
