Shellfish on Stew
Hello Steemers,
Another teaser from me to you.
This time I tease you with food.
At Croatian island of Pag we have beautiful beaches and restautants with delicious sea food on the beach.
One of my favourite is shellfish on stew or "dagnje na buzaru"
Very simple to prepare...
Shellfiskh is. cooked with olive oil, wine, garlic, breadcrumbs and fresh herbs.
Pizza dough is very welcome instead of bread.
Peaceful atmosphere and sea view...
But nothing is good without best Croatian beer...

If you take it from the sea and get cought ..the ticket is 500-1000€ ;)
