How to grow in Steemit?

Hi guys.
I've been started in Steemit in the past week. I like it so much but I'd like to better understand what is the best STRATEGY to grow my popularity in it.
I don't ask how to grow fast, not important.
I'm not searching for "fast and easy" earnings.
I'd like to biuld, daily, a strong and growing activity will give me back some interesting earning in medium-long terms.
So, please, feel free to suggest to me your reccomended strategy to biuld my reputation day by day.
Daily posting some "niche" post?
To follow "trending leaders" commenting his posts?
To post in english or in my motherlanguage (italian)?
To share facebook posts / my blog posts OR to post original contents?
