Well, I Wonder
Yes, I wonder if time
could be my friend,
I will ask it to be with me
some 40 years back,
I will be seeing myself,
my innocence, my life,
growing, exploring,
until I saw her for the first time.
It was a wonderful fulfilling moment,
my smile was wide, I saw her, beautifully
grown kid, I was there standing, just
maybe killing time, she smiles at me,
wondering what was that smile is all about
when my heart throb innocently,
beginning to feel my warmth face,
well, I wonder.
