Juggling: Basic Feed
This is the most basic "feed" pattern, which is when one person feeds two people at once.
The people on the ends are juggling a basic 4-count passing pattern and only with the feeder, not with each other. If you watch either of them you can count the pass as the 1, and then 2,3,4 as the self passes, then back to 1. So we count it like "pass-2-3-4, pass-2-3-4."
The person in the middle (me) is juggling a 2-count passing pattern, alternating between the two people. So any pass is a 1, then a self is a 2, then a 1 pass to the other person, then another self, and it repeats.
Juggling is much more fun with clubs, which you'll see in other videos, but it's easier for most people to start with balls.
