25 Books In! Yeah!

So I’m one book away from my goal this year. I’ve started it today, the sequel to Bird Box, Malorie. Liking it so far.

Take always from the 25 presented books? The James Bond stuff is truly a product of its time and should be treated as such.

I still have a soft spot for self published authors like Michael G Manning, Markos Kloos and Marc Alan Edelheit.

Good trilogies are good. Ends to multi, multi book series are sad.

Anything by Adrian Tchaikovsky is a must read going forward, although he also penned my first ‘did not finish’ in quite sometime.

Seriously though, check out Cage of Souls. My book of the year so far. Second place easily falling to Andy Weirs Hail Mary. For those that didn’t like Artemis he’s back in full form here. For those that did like Artemis, like me, what are you waiting for?!
