my newest portrait drawing

hello my steemers friends, it has been a while since i posted something in my wall here, i have been busy lately with some side projects and of course my daily slavery job :-), but two days a go i had some spare time so i decided to do the most lovely thing i like to do, draw, and as always i started with a rough sketch of an imagenary character then i continue the shading prcoess.

this time i used a graphite pencil to sketch the face and started to add some shadings to block the head so the portrait looked like :

then i continued to explore the shading of the face using soft and hard charcoals:

finally i finished my drawing by adding some final touches using graphite pencil, i also modified the eyes little bit so the final portrait looked like :
