Total impotence
Friends Steemit. As it is normal for the entire city to run out of power in Maracaibo and San Francisco State Zulia Venezuela, the best part of the case is that according to the National Government is the iguana or sabotage, a thousand and one lie is invented. The only truth is the lack of maintenance that steal money and do nothing and who pay all ???? Well we Venezuelans do not even notice.
