Lisk pump n dump?

I know that Pump and dumps are when the price of a coin with low trade volume suddenly rises and falls over night.
I've been watching Lisk and it has been rising for over a month and now it is correcting.
So, technically it's not a pump n dump but does anyone have any information on how the price can sore again? By information I mean predictions.
