The third picture is a one I took with a confocal microscope of cell projections in the auditory cortex of a mouse. I injected a virus that I designed (with GFP to make the cells infected glow green) to "knock-out" a specific gene that I am interested in.

Welcome @jamin90 aboard the steemit express. This is a great platform to express yourself just like any other social media outlet except this one pays its users for interacting with each other. Post good content and your rewards can be limitless but always stay true to yourself.
