hoy no es cualquier día, hoy es el día que marcará nuestras vidas en nuestro país VENEZUELA 🇻🇪hoy fue día de elecciones presidenciales, mis amigos y yo fuimos al colegio donde votamos desde las 4am y las colas eran incalculables sin embargo salimos en la tarde y después fuimos al rato a desestresarnos como mejor sabemos

Hoy hicimos un poco de cada ejercicio, hicimos flexiones, fondos, dominadas, sentadillas, tricep, abdomen pocas series de 15 repeticiones descansando 1 minuto entre series.

Today we did a little bit of each exercise, we did push-ups, dips, pull-ups, squats, triceps, abdomen few sets of 15 repetitions resting 1 minute between sets.
