Free Yourself

Part of my desire to improve myself once came from wanting to be accepted by others. I wanted people to find value in how I looked or how I thought.

I now know I cannot control how others perceive me.

I found little joy in seeking others to build myself up. Why is there a need for others to build you up when so much joy and happiness can come from building yourself up?

Building from within then takes interacting with others to a new level. One in which you are not seeking anything in return but only giving what you have to offer.
