My Second home ..

What do you mean by second home? Yes , the gym is my second home for me. Love it! You wonder how is it possible to gym several times a week when you have 8 children soon 9? Planing is every thing, if you don't do that it will never work. You must have booked days in the calendar. And you will never miss it, no excuse!! No matter WHAT!! Second, I don't watch much Tv either, rather have quality time with my family.
Today was only cardio one hour.
