INGREDIENTS-
(for Puri)
Sooji- 1 cup
Maida- 1\2 cup
oil- 2 tbsp
water to knead
oil to fry
(for Pani)
Few Fresh coriander leaves
Few Fresh mint leaves
Tamarind pulp- 2-3 tbsp
Sugar- 1 tbsp
Black salt to taste
Hing- 1 tsp
Jeera powder- 1 tsp
Boondi- 1\4 cup
(for filling)
potato+ onions+salt+red chilli powder
