Why it's important to love yourself; a thread:
As a teenager who struggles with self love and self esteem for several reasons, i want to give out this rant briefly: it's hard to love yourself when you don't have any willingness to do it and i can understand how hard is to have that in a world where social media and this society is asking for too much when we are just teenagers and this preassure shoulnd't even exist, but you can start slowly, you can start with looking at yourself in the mirror every morning and tell yourself how much worth it you are, how valuable are you and keep improving your self esteem, this is something i've been doing a lot, and it works, i just wanted to help a bit.
