• 100 g butter
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 3 tablespoons seasoning sauce
• 5 tablespoons oyster sauce
• 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
• 3 tablespoons chopped onion
