tranquilo jaja, esa es la idea, aprender!
varia mucho pero puede estar en 0ºC a 10ºC.
llevamos cocinillas para preparar las comidas, el trekking fuerte es subiendo y ahi llevamos comida de marcha, carbohidratos de rapida absorcion.
