Vote needed for HBD plan?
Should the DAO have a vote on what to do with the HBD that we buy for this proposal, now i get the feeling the treasurers plan to just put it in savings without any vote?

The treasurer guidelines allow for staking it. Someone is free to make a proposal that offers an alternative use for it. There were no stipulations pertaining to what we do with the HBD in that agreement.
Expected an answer along these lines, but from somebody else, i'm starting to get it now and just leave the DAO stuff to the significant people and keep my mouth shut, seems all the rest are just fine with how it's beeing done, so i must be wrong.
I'm definitely not opposed to alternative suggestions personally. The 15% APR is pretty decent. Is it sustainable? Will the witnesses change it again? I honestly don't know. That said if we have a lot of HBD we should be doing something with it. Do you have something else in mind? The only thing I could really think of is using it to buy back DEC or SPS, but at this point no one has suggested anything. That's why I said someone could make a proposal offering an alternative use for it.
