• What Types of Properties Do They Buy? ie. Single Family, Multi Family
• Ask The to b as specific as possible with their criteria...
• Do they do gut rehabs, cosmetic rehabs, or both?
• What's Their Budget?
• Will they be purchasing in all cash?
• if title is clear, can they close in 30 days or less?
• Do they lend money for deals?
• Do they have any properties that they want to sell?
  In addition get their Best email and tel # to contact them &n add them to your buyers list.
