EOS native token deployment - missing instructions

There seems to be missing instructions regarding how the native EOS tokens will be distributed after the snapshot occurring 23 hours post-06/01/2018.

I understand it is possible that no one adopts the EOS software, rendering the EOS ERC-20 tokens worthless, but...

IF the EOS software is adopted, what will the distribution process look like? For example, what will the steps on, say, MEW to claim native EOS tokens look like? Are these instructions still being figured out? It's curious such a vital step for all who contributed is missing in EOS, block.one information hubs, unless I'm missing something.

Anyone reading this who has contributed the EOS's ICO please upvote as a means to get the attention of @eosio, @dan
