Life is like a tree

I love the analogy of being like a tree. My sister once told me when I was very down and depressed that I should look at trees and nature. Trees don’t think they’re ugly or not good enough, they just do their thing. It’s helped me so much to think really everything is just energy and matter. Thanks for sharing this :)
