Hola cómo están mis queridos amigos de HIVE y SWC, en el post de hoy vengo a traerles una rutina para que estallen su pecho y triceps que estara compuesta por tan solo 5 ejercicios.

Que nos va ayudar mucho a trabajar nuestro pecho y triceps muy bien y que solo necesitaremos unas minis paralelas para realizar estos ejercicios.
That it will help us a lot to work our chest and triceps very well and that we will only need a few parallel minis to perform these exercises.
Y que nos ayudará a mejorar la fuerza y resistencia de empuje y también estaremos ganando masa muscular en nuestro pecho y triceps.

Flexiones Normales. 10 Reps/2 a 4 Series.
normal push-ups. 10 Reps/2 to 4 Sets.
Flexiones Cerradas. 10 Reps/2 a 4 Series.
Closed push-ups. 10 Reps/2 to 4 Sets.
Flexiones Supinas. 10 Reps/2 a 4 Series.

Flexiones Con Aguantes. 10 Reps/2 a 4 Series.
Push-ups With Holds. 10 Reps/2 to 4 Sets.
Extenciones De Triceps. 10 Reps/2 a 4 Series.
Triceps Extensions. 10 Reps/2 to 4 Sets.

Como pudieron ver fueron solamente 5 ejercicios que nos va ayudar aumentar nuestra fuerza y resistencia de empuje.
As you could see, there were only 5 exercises that will help us increase our strength and resistance to push.
Cabe destacar que cada vez que realizamos un ejercicio de cualquier tipo siempre hay que calentar muy bien para no sentir ninguna molestia ya sea en las articulaciones o muscular.
It should be noted that every time we do an exercise of any kind, we always have to warm up very well so as not to feel any discomfort either in the joints or in the muscles.
