Smoke on the water
The Rockies are no strangers to fire, and this summer isn’t any different. There’s a biggish one burning about 50km away at the moment. Giving the sky a misty like quality due to the smoke.
Thankfully it seems to be under control at the moment - not much wind. So hopefully they’ll be able to put it out soon.
Good news for us - we can hang out by the river and watch the choppers and their buckets all day. Could be worse.
