A Pancake Lover

Pancakes are one of my favourite foods-my go to breakfast 🙌🏾
I never eat too heavy in the morning and pancakes are the ones to satisfy my morning hunger.
I’ve got my own pancake mix but it doesn’t rise as fluffy as American pancakes.

The number of cafes which serve pancakes has increased recently in Korea. However, for some reason, although Korea refers to the empire of the cafe industry-cafes are everywhere-it is so hard to find one where they have American style pancakes here.
Korean cafes serve various types of pancakes you might have not eaten before though.

I’m still eager to have some American style pancakes. Anyone knows if there is one in Seoul? Then please let me know!
