The emotional spring back
My sister is a bit like me, his mood swings. Where occasionally he gets angry and then a few minutes later becomes the sweet little angel again and apologizes for his behavior. I don’t get angry often these days. I have learned something over the years.
I hope he maintains some balance and finds ways to control his emotions. As such, in my opinion, emotions are personal and showing them is a choice, not right. I think show your feelings of being encouraged over the last few decades. Its stupidity has created sensitive oppressors. Even the disconnection that encourages and encourages drama is further encouraged by disconnected social networks.
However, I also think that people believe that others should be treated as they are and that they should be treated in the same way. This is also not effective. One of the places I regularly see it is recovery after negative events when for example a break or death. There seems to be some kind of cultural norm. Which says that there should be a time of mourning or a time where a person's grief is meant. Laugh again soon when somewhat normal period. Again make a joke about the date or tragedy.
It seems as if a person is moving too fast. But they don’t think enough about what they’re running into or what they’re moving on from. It never seems to come to mind for whatever reason. One person can take the situation and move on from here faster than the other. As if emotional control doesn't work that way.
I find emotional control to be more like emotional fitness. Which can be trained like the body and hard practice like recovery period depends on past training and experience. Emotional recovery depends on one's mental state. Moving fast doesn’t mean fit, soon after exiting the sprint, a breakdown comes.
In my experience, these are the ones who are able to take the situation quickly and move forward. Those are the most reliable in stress. Who can keep a cool head under fire. Can concentrate on the problems at hand and think towards solutions. Sometimes, it’s the ability to suspend some sensitive response until a more appropriate time, but when the time comes. In fact the ability to control the reaction seems to have a very fast process and a slow pace of overcoming the negative. When not a complete stop to work. The next stage is always rolling.
Most of us have a laid back attitude when it comes to painting a picture about ourselves. In general, we created our processes in childhood through the experiences and imitations around us and never see them again. We simply assume that they are good enough.
This is a strange aspect to consider. We know that we have changed over time and that we live in a world that is constantly changing around us. It is hard to imagine that the processes and strategies developed as a child may be appropriate to deal with regularly in the future world decade. But there are still plenty of people who throw up like petulant babies despite being adults.
Mental well-being differs from physical and mental, but at the same time, all three are connected, all affecting each other. Blind anger is a great example of this. Because it shuts down thought and physical control processes and sensitive triggers take control of the mind and body. Feelings and makes as effective as desires. Violence in general is often violence that is later regretted.
There are several stories in my life where people have spent too much of their lives for lack of sensitive control. With whom they fall in love. This will never happen again as a result of domestic violence and may result in an apology. But there is no way to stab the heart. Whatever is said after reality. People who are emotionally unstable cannot be trusted.
Instead of giving up feedback until the opportunity arises, I believe it is a better way to develop mental fitness than it needs to be. The stress or situation that precedes it leads to even mild attacks. Creating emotional control prepares you to be able to work under pressure when needed, just as investing for future financial gain. Sometimes it's big rewards and sometimes - very big savings.
Reduce the recovery period and get ready soon to welcome the knock of opportunity.
