7 Virtues

A friend of mine—a painter—is exploring the concept of a modern take on the 7 Virtues, and sought insights from her friends on what each of their own versions of their own personal 7 Virtues would be.

Here's my take:

• Curiosity: lets us reach out beyond ourselves with a spirit of play & discovery
• Creativity: connects us to our Source & allows expression to take place
• Openness: allows us to share, and to spread, maintain & amplify the fruits of our curiosity and creativity with the spirit of honesty
• Respect: The fundamental foundation of all honourable interactions
• Love: the current of positive connection that is greater than the sum of its parts
• Gratitude: The gateway for positive connection (love) to flow
• Trust: The fragile, valuable pipeline that allows love to flow and connect without loss
