Tops or Tops Lookout is located at Barangay Malubog, Busay, Cebu City in the Philippines. It is owned by Emro Holdings Inc. that are collecting 100 php as an entrance fee bot for locals and foreigners even for children.

If you will visit this place during day, you will see scenery of the green mountains and view of the city such as bell towers of churches, high rise buildings, universities, the Mactan Bridge, hotels and other structures. By night you will see a beautiful view of the city lights, you can imagine it’s business but you will not hear the typical noise in the city, different people talking to each other and horns of different vehicles as Tops is located approximately 2000 meters above sea level and 600 meters above Cebu City.

There are also souviner shops and different snack bars that are selling noodles, chips, softdrinks, beers and liquors are also available. You can eat at the tables located in from of the different snack bars.
The popular way to reach Tops is via motorcycle also known as habal-habal. There are different tour guide that provide the transportation, they are located near JY Square Mall which is located in Gorordo Avenue, Lahug, Cebu City
