Inicia la escuela básica de entrenamiento [ESP | ENG]
¡Saludos! Queridos amigos de #Hive y SWC. Soy Joan Fernández @joanfh-workout. Hoy comparto con ustedes un video en el cual hablo un poco de lo que voy a estar haciendo a partir de ahora, para enseñarles a todos ustedes cómo yo entreno y cómo deberían entrenar cada uno de ustedes para obtener resultados y avanzar en sus entrenamientos. En los próximos posts que voy a estar publicando estará una serie que he decidido llamar "Escuela Básica de Entrenamiento", la cual tiene como objetivo enseñar de manera específica cómo entrenar, qué ejercicios realizar y cómo los debes hacer. En este video hablo sobre lo principal, qué son los grupos musculares, por lo cual voy a empezar para enseñarles qué es lo que tienen que hacer y cómo empezar.
