RADIATION AND HUMAN EYE

The human eye is by all means the most delicate path of human being, have strong awareness of it operation and preventing it from harm is something to day seriously.
Firstly radiations from the sun or any other Artificial source of light affect the human eyes as a result of heating( rise in temperature). A pigment called epithelium is responsible for converting this incident Radiation into heart and it mode of conductions to maintain temperature stability is minimum due to the avascular nature of the retina (the layer for accommodation), since only the last layer of the retina called the choroid is reach in blood vessels. As conduction can be delayed over heating is possible and this can cause bleeding in the choroid and obscure vision as the blood flow to the transparent ocular media. This effect is said to occur at about temperature rise of 45 degree celcius and is called Chorio-retina burn.
Please avoid espousing you eye to high intensity of light especially the sun light.
