The sadness within

🎧Listening to Ed Sheeran(I'm a mess right now) 🎼🎼and it occurred to me to write this..

Some might see it as a motivational quote, a poem, etc
I see it as a drive.. A drive that I ponder on...
I've come to realize that we have a short time to live on earth and what we do with this short moment matters a lot..

What is life?
After all just vain and vanity..
You come in with nothing, leave with nothing..
We all laughed yesterday and today a friend is gone
If we had known what would happen, I guess we would have hid you and beg that he comes another day ..
So bad no invitation is sent when he comes.

Good deeds or bad
All don't matter now
In no time we all forget you ever existed
No wonder there is a blend to life
Live and die
Sleep and wake
Day and night
Good and bad

We crave one and get the other a bonus
Indeed a life
Sometimes I get fed up
But hell no I wish to leave this soon

Then tears dripped slowly down my cheek 😔
I believe God knows best
We would miss you friend...

This is for my friends sister who we Lost at such a tender age...
