Cucumber Kimchi Bites
The cooling cucumber chunks offer the proper foil to the spicy, soured kimchi. Use your favorite factory-made kimchi or home-brewed.Place the cucumbers cut-side up in a very massive dish and equally sprinkle one tablespoon of salt over them. Let indicate half-hour. Meanwhile, create the filling. mix the remaining one teaspoon of salt, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and sugar along in a very bowl to form a thick paste.
