Just got back from an epic exercise session with my buddies! We spent 45 minutes at the gym, doing a mix of cardio and strength training. I managed to hit a new personal best on my squats, and we even squeezed in a few rounds of wrestling to get our hearts racing. Nothing like a good workout with friends to get those endorphins pumping and the motivation flowing!
