A Simple Breakfast, A Beautiful Start

Eggs+Microgreens + Avocado Toast!!

Good morning! ☀️

I think there is something very soothing about starting your day with a simple breakfast made from fresh produce. Today, I took it easy yet filling – creamy avocado piled on hot toast over with eggs and handful of green microgreens. Everything tasted fresh, tasty and the right kind of easy to get into my system.

However, I have come to the conclusion that breakfast does not need to be fancy in order for one to enjoy it. Sometimes, the quiet mood at table sometimes with a coffee in hand and meal made out of those loving hours are enough to make it through hell.
